Why I Joined…

“I joined New Mom’s Board of Directors in 2020 because as a working mom, I know how challenging it is to raise children and hold a job or build a career. I can’t imagine doing all of that while struggling with home instability. I love that New Moms supports young moms facing these challenges and wants to positively impact the lives of the young women being served.”

Fun Fact…

Kristen’s favorite children’s book is “Ada Twist Scientist” by Andrea Beaty. “Because my girls want to be scientists when they grow up and it’s a great story about encouraging that dream.”
