As president of OAK Design & Construction, Dave is committed to providing the local community with the best remodeling experience and services. His years of working in vintage homes married with his love of learning new techniques enables him to find solutions where others can’t.

Fringe Home Design

Leeann Heininger, owner of Fringe Home Design, started her career in the world of commercial design and construction management. Now, with her focus on residential design she brings an unexpected benefit to her clients by blending construction knowledge with the keen eye of a seasoned interior designer.  Leeann has worked with many clients in Chicagoland and surrounding states. She has curated homes of all styles and budgets; everything from traditional family homes, contemporary loft spaces, luxury condos and vacation homes. She uses a non-intimidating approach with her clients and has the unique ability to listen, interpret and create designs that reflect each client’s lifestyle and design aesthetic.

Denise Hauser Design

With over 25 years of experience in the design world, Denise Hauser is passionate about going well beyond the conventional kitchen or bath design to create a complete, living environment or holistic space. This includes all aspects of the design including many interior design elements. She is known for creating well-functioning, personalized and unique spaces with a focus on the architectural details of the home. Hauser’s career began in 1986 at Hartmarx Corp., a Chicago-based company where her primary role was overseeing the product development and design of high-end women’s apparel for both a Catalog and 200 Specialty stores. In 2003, Hauser began her career in Kitchen and bath design by restoring historical properties and free-lancing with a high-end kitchen and bath design studio. In 2007, Hauser formed Denise Hauser Design Co. allowing herself to pursue her vision to create client-focused spaces with impeccable customer service and integrity. Hauser is an active member of the National Kitchen & Bath Association.

Neidhardt Hungerford Architects

AIA Award-winning architect Lisa Neidhardt is the co-founder and principal of NHA, a design practice focused on delivering unique client solutions through creative conceptualization, space and material exploration, and a rigorous attention to detail.
Highly personable in her collaborative processes, her work reflects a rich meaning only achieved by developing strong connections and a deep understanding of her clients’ ideas and goals.

Lisa’s professional career spans 15 years and has a diverse range of project experiences including- historic renovations, single-family residences, boutique and commercial retail, hospitality, and corporate interiors.

She graduated from the University of Kentucky with honors and remains an active alumnus. In addition to her studying under Maria Dellerba Ricci in Venice, Italy, she received multiple design awards throughout her educational career, including The Deans Prize.

Actively involved in her community, she is a co-founder of the Snow City Arts Auxiliary Board in Chicago and is involved in any number of activities supporting her sons Arlo and Ray. She loves to travel with her husband Brian Hungerford and has a passion for playing piano.
