Each training is facilitated by New Moms’ Learning and Innovation leadership staff and incorporates diverse learning methods into each workshop whether in-person or virtual including active discussions, individual and group self-assessments, reflective break-out groups, role plays, case scenarios, short audio segments, and interactive technologies such as live polling.

Are you considering piloting Executive Skills coaching in your programming? This package provides not only an introduction to Executive Skills and setting good-fit SMART Goals and Milestones but also an in-depth focus on the important role incentives play in nudging goal progression. Facilitated workshops are not the only way that you will learn in this Package! You have access to 3 Reflective Supervision sessions to prepare program supervisors with the tools needed to hold reflective supervision sessions with staff.
