The Housing Navigator is a key member of the Housing team, whose primary responsibilities are to identify housing opportunities to support families’ successful transition from transitional housing to permanent housing in the community, and provide holistic coaching supports for families who have transitioned out of our housing programs. This role works collaboratively with the Housing team and external partners to achieve program goals. The Housing Navigator will champion all New Moms values including our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, in both strategic planning and performance. This position is located at our main office in the Austin neighborhood and spends extensive time in the community. Starting Salary Range: $48,000 – $51,000 DOQ
