The Employment Engagement Coach is a key connector between New Moms participants and the employment community. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong employer partnerships, matching participants to quality jobs, and providing retention and advancement coaching to support long-term career success. The Employment Engagement Coach is an important contributor to organizational culture, service excellence, and program impact—approaching the work with a systems-thinking mindset to create efficiencies and deepen partnerships that support workflow. This position establishes an environment of trust, respect, and collaboration, and will champion all New Moms values.

Location: Bright Endeavors in Chicago’s East Garfield Park neighborhood

Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week

Starting Salary: $48,000 – $50,000
