The Float Coach is a full-time, in-person role that provides temporary coverage when positions are vacant or when additional support is needed across direct service programs. This highly dynamic position is cross-trained in multiple program models and adapts quickly to different teams, supervisors, and participant needs. The Float Coach supports participants using the New Moms Coaching approach while maintaining program expectations for the department they are assigned to at any given time.

This role has a primary supervisor but works closely with task supervisors depending on the assignment.

Location: Varies based on coverage assignment: Our offices are located in Oak Park, and the Austin and East Garfield Park neighborhoods of Chicago.

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Starting Salary: $49,000 – $51,000 DOQ
