The Temporary Doula provides prenatal education, childbirth preparation, labor support, breastfeeding encouragement, and postpartum guidance through weekly home visits and group-based services. Doulas build strong, trusting relationships with families and serve as advocates during pregnancy, birth, and early parenting. This role includes significant travel, a rotating on-call schedule, and participation in a collaborative, mission-driven team. This is a temporary position intended to cover the caseload of an employee out on leave.

Location: Main Office – New Moms 5317 W Chicago Ave, with significant time spent in the community

Schedule: Part-Time, 25-30 hours per week

Timeframe: February 16, 2026 through June 30, 2026

Hourly Wage: $23-$25/hour DOQ
