The Family Support Coach provides home and community-based services to young moms using the evidence-based Parents as Teachers model. This role includes parent coaching, case management, and group programming. The coach works closely with Doulas and other team members to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed support to families in Oak Park and surrounding western suburbs. We are currently hiring two full-time employees for this role.

Location: Oak Park, IL with travel to surrounding western suburbs

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Starting Salary: $48,00 – $50,000
