Serving as a part of the Western Suburbs Family Support team, this position provides direct supervision to the Family Support and Doula teams to meet program goals. This position supports the agency’s vision, philosophy and values in the comprehensive delivery of services to young moms and their children through family support programs and activities. This position is focused on ensuring high quality implementation of home visiting practices and meets both Parents as Teachers fidelity and doula best practices. The Family Support Manager will champion all New Moms values including our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, in both strategic planning and performance. This position is located at our Oak Park location. Starting Salary Range: $60,000 – $67,000 DOQ
