Bright Endeavors, the social enterprise of New Moms, is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Manager to ensure the financial health and accountability of our growing organization. This role plays a key part in managing financial operations, supporting earned revenue reporting (including Medicaid and consulting services), and providing leadership with clear financial insights that support sustainable business practices and workforce development outcomes.

You’ll work closely with the Bright Endeavors team in East Garfield Park and also spend time at our main office in the Austin neighborhood of Chicago.

Location:  Bright Endeavors (627 N Albany Ave) with time spent at main New Moms Chicago office (5317 W Chicago Ave)

Schedule:  Full-Time, 40 hours/week. Following training, this position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with at least 2-3 days/week on-site. 

Starting Salary: $60,000-$65,000 DOQ
