The Spiritual Formation Coach is part of the Parent Education and Recruitment team and works across all New Moms programs. You’ll lead spiritual wellness groups, guide participants through individual faith journeys, and collaborate with staff to integrate spiritual wellness into their work for participants. You’ll also build connections with local churches and faith-based organizations to strengthen community partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply rooted in their own Christian faith, and is passionate about helping young families find purpose and strength through spirituality.

Location: Chicago’s Austin neighborhood (with regular travel to Oak Park and East Garfield Park locations)

Schedule: Part-time, 16 hours/week, Tuesday-Thursday (Wednesdays must be 9a-2p)

Starting Salary: $23-$25/hour
