For licensed employees, you will receive over 20 free CEUs during onboarding and an additional 1.5 free CEUs/month throughout employment. We promote professional development in all positions and provide work time to attend other external trainings opportunities as well. We will cover the cost of your social work (LSW or LCSW) or professional counselor (LPC or LCPC) state certification/renewal, and will provide licensure supervision hours for staff working towards licensure.

This full-time Family Support Coach is part of the Family Support Team which uses the Parents as Teachers curriculum, an evidence-based model that provides positive parenting support through comprehensive home-based and group early childhood services which includes parent coaching, case management and center-based services to pregnant and parenting families.
