For licensed employees, you will receive over 20 free CEUs during onboarding and an additional 1.5 free CEUs/month throughout employment. We promote professional development in all positions and provide work time to attend other external trainings opportunities as well. We will cover the cost of your social work (LSW or LCSW) or professional counselor (LPC or LCPC) state certification/renewal, and will provide licensure supervision hours for staff working towards licensure.

Mental Health Therapy Intern

The mental health therapy internship is designed to integrate knowledge, values, and skills learned in the classroom and the practice setting. The intern will provide trauma-informed mental health services to young moms engaged in New Moms’ housing, family support, and/or workforce development programs. This internship is located at the Austin and Oak Park offices and is primarily an in-person role. This internship includes a stipend based on the number of required hours (400 hours = $4,000 stipend // 500 hours = $5,000 stipend)
