Allison is the Founder and CEO of Chime Partners. She first got to know New Moms in 2019 as a lead coach for Bridgespan’s Leading for Impact program, where the executive team participated, and has followed the organization’s growth closely ever since. She brings deep nonprofit strategy experience from BCG, Bridgespan, Bellwether, ZS Associates, and the Noble Network of Charter Schools, with particular strength in strategic planning, executive team effectiveness, and impact measurement.
