Gail has worked for her current employer, the Chicago Teachers’ Pension Fund “CTPF”, for over 36 years. She started her career at CTPF as a clerk supporting the Executive Director and Board of Trustees. She has been promoted several times during her tenure from a Clerk position to now holding the position of Director of Administrative Services. She currently manages a team who supports the Executive Director and Board of Trustees. She also manages the office facilities which consist of a 35K square foot space and over 130 employees. Gail also currently serves as CTPF’s Election Coordinator in which she manages annual Board elections.

Gail attended Taylor Business Institute before an employment opportunity was presented to her. She is the recipient of the Dale Carnegie Highest Achievement Award and earned a Leadership Certificate from Northwestern University.
