Jessica is the Sr. Manager of Culture & Engagement, Global People Inclusion at McDonald’s. She has been part of the New Moms community since 2018, serving as a volunteer, Associate Board member, ambassador, and previously chaired the New Moms gala auction. She has a robust career in HR and brings that expertise to workforce development and people practices, and she’s energized to help build new partnerships for New Moms.
