Rooted in Possibility: What Your Support Made Possible This Year
What does impact look like?
Sometimes it looks like a young mom signing the lease on her first stable home. Sometimes it looks like earning a diploma, starting a new job, or learning to advocate for herself and her child. Sometimes it looks like a mom realizing, perhaps for the first time, “I know I can do hard things now.”
During FY26, 333 moms and 387 children were part of the New Moms community. And 89% of participants reported that New Moms met their needs “well” or “extremely well.”
But these numbers are only part of the story.
This year’s Annual Report, Rooted in Possibility, looks at what happens when young moms have access to stable housing, coaching, family support, mental wellness services, education, and pathways to economic mobility—and when an entire community comes together to make those opportunities possible.
From 43,420 nights of shelter provided to 64 families to 87% of participants doubling their income, the data tells an important story.
But the most important part is what those numbers represent: young moms building futures for themselves and their children.
