Apply to CHA’s Project Based Housing Voucher or “PBV” (30 mins). Open your online application by clicking below.
IMPORTANT: For a CHA PBV, to find New Moms, you can either leave the unit size unselected and search directly, or:
- Choose Studio or 1 Bedroom to locate the New Moms Transformation Center (Demonstration),
- Select 1 Bedroom or 2 Bedroom to find New Moms Oak Park.
Update Coordinated Entry every 90 days. Then, wait to be matched and contacted by our property manager.
