New Moms donors and friends gathered for “Forever Faithful,” our annual fundraising brunch and celebration. The morning was moving, exciting, challenging, thought-provoking, and inspiring. Recognizing 30 years of effective ministry in the lives of young moms and their children, the audience was addressed by President and CEO Audalee McLoughlin, as well as visionary founder, Ellen Kogstad-Thompson. The highlight of the morning came in the emotional presentations of three participants who shared openly and honestly about where they have come from.
The event also featured an intriguing silent auction with nearly 20 attractive items that had been donated by friends of the organization. Items ranged from gift baskets to vacation getaways to a one-of-a-kind framed piece of golf memorabilia featuring signed photos of legends Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus playing with Tiger Woods.
